SENER carries out turnkey tool engineering and supply projects for manufacturing and test benches, mainly for the aerospace and railway industries.
In the aerospace industry, SENER has developed and delivered test benches for acoustic testing of a turboprop engine, as well as benches for inspecting satellite antennas. Furthermore, SENER has engineered fuselage positioning towers for aircraft assembly lines.
Among other projects, SENER has designed the production and supply process for one complete part of a production cell for manufacturing parts of the Boeing 787 and the new A 350 XWB. In the latter, SENER is in charge of designing and supplying part of the process for manufacturing and positioning the stiffeners of the skins of the wings of the A350 XWB.
In all these projects, SENER delivers turnkey systems, including engineering, manufacturing and finishing work.
